Blog on Video games

Hello readers, you do not know me since this is my first blog, but anyway, here it goes. My blog on what I like to call video game elitist. Lets first look at the definiton of the word elitist. An elitist is defined as someone who believes themselves better than others, as such a video game elitist believes themselves to be the best at the game, and everyone else who does not play at their level are horrible outcasts because they arn't as good at a game as the elitist are. I hate the type of people who have the mindset of "I can play on the hardest setting, so everyone else should or else they should stop playing games." My response is this, and I've told other people this as well, but if you have fun at the setting you are at, why try something harder that you may get frustrated at the game and quit? I enjoy playing games on the normal setting the first time through, and then going back to playing it on a harder difficulty later, if its still enjoyable. I am more of a casual gamer who takes the time to stop and enjoy the scenery in games instead of rushing through it. I take my time to explore every little area in a level just to see the detail (or lack of detail) that the creators have worked so hard (or not so hard) to create. Am I the only one who feels that way? Or are there others out there who feel the same way as I do? I really would like to know what you guys think
